  • Content you upload — photos, comments, profile information, follows and likes.

We process information to provide the service, authenticate users, display content, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and improve the platform. Profile information and public content you post are visible to everyone.

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Inksty a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and otherwise use such content in connection with operating the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to all content you upload and agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from any claims arising from your content or your use of the service.

8. Children

Inksty is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from such users.

9. Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to use of the service shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
